I guess we were all waiting for the day a state specifically banned text messaging rather than just cell phone use while operating an automobile.  The spread of laws such as this one will allow these voice activated applications demand to rise like no other.  We’ve seen vLingo, which is an application that will type what you “speak” into your BlackBerry.  The downfall with that was the lag it gave as it connects to your EDGE/3G network while transferring.  What they need to implement is a application that goes from voice to text instantly without having to go through your internet.  In addition, at the end of every text message sent via vLingo, it would display “Sent via vLingo” at the bottom which many users were unhappy with.  Try out the application and let us know what you think!
